In 2016 Deb joined NELT and as the Human Resources Director and member of the Executive Board and saw the Trust grow from 2 schools to 13 before she stepped down from the role in 2025 to enjoy her semi-retirement. Deb’s expertise is in Organisational Development, Executive Coaching and Change Management which she has used to support Heads in school transformation. Deb currently works one day a week as Strategic Lead for the Trust working in North Tyneside.
